I found this incredibly inspirational video of a high school that participated in “Challenge Day” to bridge the gaps between races, genders, stereotypes people held and everything else that stood between the students. It was a TOUCHING video that left me in tears. It was AWESOME!!! If you need to feel a little motivation and inspiration right now - hope for the future - watch this!

Kindness is viral. Believe it or not, one person truly can change the world for others.  It’s a fact that we are more inclined to help others if we ourselves are well treated. Numerous human studies have been conducted to demonstrate this fact.
