It’s Been Too Long

This post is long overdue. I haven't been on here in a while. I've wrapped myself up in so much lately. I've had several more health scares (which are ok now thankfully) and work has been overwhelming due to an increase in emails. Ok that sounds pretty boring so I'll let you know what's been going on lately. Last week I had a doctor's appointment as a followup to a past problem I had. I went in about 6 months ago and had an exam, afterwards the doctor felt my stomach and noticed a lump. I had a Ultrasound and they saw a 5 cm tumor of some kind. It went away and then last week I went in for a followup ultrasound just to be safe. I almost skipped that appointment altogether because they doctor did such a thorough exam and felt nothing and I haven't had any pain lately. But I went in and was shocked that they found another tumor - this one was on my left ovary - same size - 5 cm. The last one was on my right lower abdomen. It's normal for women to sometimes get fibroids or tumors on the ovaries - simple ones which disappear but this one was a complex tumor with nodules in it. The ultrasound machine was amazing - so clear - 3d so you could see everything. The price of that little visit and the ultrasound was only $50.00 USD! Pretty nice! Ok so after leaving there I was alarmed again by the news. A couple weeks past and I went back again for another ultrasound and it cleared up and went away. There's more to that story but I'll leave it at that for now. :) I just wanted to write a short update post on here so you all know I'm alive..whoever may read this! :) I'll post again soon ok! Take care out there!

Hydrate constantly / Eat fruits drink orange juice / Chill out / watch the bacteria counts in the water. The ovarian cysts are normal..birth control pills will reduce them..hormone issue.
