Free Software to “Fuse” All Email & Social Sites

Posted by in Free Software

Fuser is a free software tool that integrates all of your e-mail accounts and social networking profiles (from Facebook, Myspace, LinkedIn) into one central location – to save you time! You never need to login to another one of your accounts again… if you don’t want to.

fuser

Signing up for Fuser is free, and once you join you can then add your accounts. I added my personal e-mail account, my customer service e-mail account, my Twitter, Facebook and Myspace (to name a few). And in one central location I can update my status and have that broadcasted and posted to all of my social networking websites (or selectively pick which ones to update).

To signup, just go to: http://fuser.com and add your accounts!

That looks like a good idea, especially if you have a lot of accounts you are active in. I’m always interested in anything that can help me save more time :)

  4. Wow, that is such a good find Holly. I’m definitely grabbing that. I waste so much time switching between email accounts from support, personal etc. it’s crazy.

    Thankyou so much..looks fantastic..

Seems to be a terrific tool. Is it possible to add several Gmail-accounts since I’m currently managing several domains.

      Hi Stefan,
YES you can add multiple Gmail accounts and that is one of the major reasons I am using this. It’s kind of difficult for me to login and out all the time but this way I can stay logged into Fuser instead. :) I hope you enjoy it Stefan!

    Hi Holly
This is a nice one if I can ever get it to work! I signed in and it accepted my ID and Password, but then sends me to a Dk Blue blank page.
I had been using RoboForm for a while but found it a right pain so deleted it. This seems more user friendly.’
I note they asked me about Firefox, which I do not have at present, but has been recommended.
If I install Firefox, does that knock off and replace everything in Internet Explorer?
Holly, you are like the preverbial “Internet Bloodhound”, searching and seeking for new ideas for us, your loyal following. I especially like the freebies..
BTW Holly, our Grandson Jordon did not go through surgery this trip to WA. He was got ready and waiting in the OR when the surgeon arrived, but the surgeon done his room inspection and was unhappy with the uncleanliness and refused to put a patient through any proceedure in those “unhyginec conditions”. I know it was a pain to have the proceedure rescheduled, but at least the surgeon has his patients health and safety in mind.
We are expecting a reschedule towards end of month and then another long field trip for us!!
    Cheers all
    Tom

    Hi Tom,
I have been using Firefox for a while – and highly recommend it. I am not sure how the program works in IE, but it should still work. If you did decide to use Firefox, upon installing it – it will ask you if you want to install all your favorites and bookmarks from your Internet Explorer stuff. So, all your Internet Explorer stuff should be saved and transferred while you are installing Firefox. I’m not sure if that is what the problem is for you – but I will try to find out.

Tom, about your grandson Jordon, I hope his rescheduled surgery goes well. Please keep us posted. I’m thinking of you guys.

Holly, this reminds me – you use Push Button Marketer, right? Well, as ridiculous as it is, I bought it through you, months ago, and have never used it yet! I kept meaning to set aside some time to figure out how it works … and that’s why I got it, because I don’t have time! lol.

But one thing is, I wonder what I would use it for. I am not sure which of my tasks could really be automated or I can’t imagine exactly how. And this might be one reason I haven’t taken the time yet to set it up … if you are ever looking for a good idea for a future blog post, I would love to hear more about Push Button Marketer and what you use it for.

    Thanks! :)

Thanks Anna. Great post idea. I will write one soon on this. I haven’t spent as much time as I could have in discovering the benefits of Push Button Marketer (because I know it can be used much more than how I am using it now) but I do use it daily. I created a lot of “auto replies” for email messages – for responses to questions that I get asked over and over again. To use them (in any program – word, emails, online, offline) I use a quick key for it (ie: CTRL+I) and it has helped. I know i could use it for many more tasks though. I will write on this soon! Thanks for the input and ideas Anna.

I have used Windows live mail for a few years and added 8 out of 9 accounts to it.When I open it all accounts are logged into. The gmail accounts have to be changed to’pop’ but still operate as ‘imap’ on or via the web.
Thus I can try fuser also and add the log-ins for some Web2 sites to it.
As far as IE versus Mozilla Firefox or Netscape,or versus Opera,Safari,Chrome, each one has some different pros and cons and all allow you to import or export your bookmarks/favorites.
Unlike with Windows 95/98/ME the new OSs like XP,Vista,Windows7,Ubunto,Linux,etc allow you to install any or all of the aforementioned browsers and a few others [of 600 available] without conflicts and without overwring each other back and forth like they used to.
Personally I prefer Firefox 3 over IE* and Netscape will cease to create updated versions.

Thank you both Holly and Bill for your helpful comments.
I am going ahead and downloading Firefox.
As for Fuser, I am still having a problem. When I log in, I am brought to a dark blank page (which is Fuser’s page) but no links. I have contacted Fuser and they are looking in to it for me.
Thanks Holly for your concern about Jordon. They are just waiting for a new date which should be towards the end of this month. Actually he is not as nervous as last time, having gone through everything including the anesthetic, so he knows what to expect and as he said, “it wasn’t too bad”.
    Cheers all
    Tom

Yes Fusor is nice! I remember I was using it last year while it was still in beta and it worked pretty good then. I may have to look into it again now that it is more mature, I did like it though, it was easy to have all my stuff in one spot.
