Is Your Blog Hardly Making You any Money?

If you have a blog that is not making you enough money to live on, and you really want to be a full time blogger (pro blogger) then I found some excellent resources for you. A young man by the name of David Risley created a bluntly honest tell-all website about how to be a pro blogger. The truth is – maintaining a blog is a lot of work – and oftentimes does NOT pay off at all. I learned several techniques from David’s site that have taught me how to profit from the traffic that my blog is receiving. They are simple and powerful.

Every single post that I read on David’s site was useful to me – and I also found a video that I thought would help you. The video covers: why blogs rarely turn readers into money, why you need to get visitors off of your blog, and a tactic called “click funneling” and how it can make you a lot of money from your blog. The video is about 20 minutes long, with solid information.

Thanks for sharing this. He does have some very good advice in the video, things you don’t normally think about, even though – when he tells them – they seem so simple

A great site and a very impressive young man. As I am starting at Blogging and Article writing, I found David’s site very enlightening.
Also on a comparison note, he also shares his life, background and his family with his readers same as you do Holly. This is very refreshing in this day and age where most of today’s “Gurus” hide behind nom-de-plumes or mystery names like DavidX or suchlike.
It is nice to start seeing other Honest Marketeers on our site.

David’s awesome! I follow his blog fairly regularly, and he’s always got great stuff to say. Plus he’s been a big supporter of us here at IZEA and IZEAFest, which is always nice!

I actually read almost the entire sales page – very unusual for me. The sales page itself was very enlightening! Looks like a great resource.

  Thanks Bill! Anna, I agree with you. I actually read the entire sales page too – which is SO rare for me. You know I am not into sales pages much but I really was drawn in by David’s honesty. I downloaded his Blogging Blueprint and it was awesome. His free info is very useful if you’re into taking your blog to a new level.

David is one of the best one right now at least that I have found. His blueprint is great and included podcast. I learned a lot from it and have been a read of his site since Jan lots of value on his site.

  Thanks Jared. I totally agree with you. When it comes to learning how to become a pro blogger – David has the best info that I have found. I’m new to the blogging aspect of it. I love writing and sharing info about Internet Marketing – but the the IM is what I am best at. I’m trying to learn from his info about how to be BOTH.
