		<description>Its a very interesting point which is made in that post.  And something I am often reminded of.  Without competence and talent, connections and communication lines might not be of much use for your business.  And without connections and communication lines, talent and competence doesn&#039;t get you very far.  

Its very similar to the balance one tries to strike with onsite and offsite SEO - a beautiful website, with no promotion, will produce about the same result as a widely promoted piece of junk.
