A week or so I purchased “90 Minutes In Heaven,” Audio Book from Amazon and it received in the mail. I honestly vaguely remembered buying it.  After I turned it on, I could not stop listening. Within a day 1/2 I managed to listen to the entire 5 CD set. This is also available in Paperback version. It honestly completely changed my life and the words will stay with me forever. If you have grief from a relative or friend passing away or if you have fears of life after your time on Earth, this book/audio cds will completely change your perspective.

A brief personal summary of the book is this: Don Piper, (a pastor, husband, father of three kids) decided to take a new route home one day and was in a fatal car accident. He was declared dead immediately, with his broken body mangled and torn apart. 90 full minutes later; after having no pulse or heartbeat or breath of air (clinically dead) he woke up. Barely surviving past that, he recovered a slow and painful recovery. During the 90 minutes he was dead he experienced the most unbelievably life-altering eye-opening time-  in Heaven. He describes it in such detail - it will change your life.

    Hi Kathy!
That’s great you heard it too!!! It helped me a lot - I think sometimes in America we either don’t talk about death, don’t want to accept it or have so many related fears. I know I did anyway. This really helped ease my mind! It was definitely inspirational! :) I checked out your other website Kathy (the Mama’s Southern Cooking) and I love it! :) I hope you are doing well it’s so nice to hear from you!

I found your link on one of the scam websites where I was able to link to your blog. I have to tell you that I think you are brilliant. Your marketing skills are to be marveled at. Please don’t be upset with me but I created a blog on Typepad that is formatted just like yours. Thank-you-tr-cosby.typepad.com. I did this for several reasons… one being for the purpose of setting up my blog with the same type of honest approach that you have used. I am a Christian Author with a ministry on MySpace and a published book. My book is called, “Help Me Lord! I Can’t Write a Book.” You can check it out on Amazon.com to see that I am genuine. My MySpace page has over 3,000 friends, so I have been quite busy with that as well. The reason for my contacting you is for this purpose: You know how important backlinks are, obviously since you are so successful with internet marketing… I wanted to ask you if you would like to trade links. I could either design you a banner (I am an accomplished graphic designer) or you could send me the HTML for one that you already have. I would post your link on any website that I own and I will promote you with a box under your banner where others can add the banner to their MySpace pages or wherever they wanted to. Since we both have the same titles to our blogs so to speak, people will imagine that we are similar in some way. That will give me some wonderful exposure. It will also do the same for you. I am going to be touring the country for promotion of my book doing booksignings and speaking to churches in the next few weeks. With that, I could print one of your banners and post them inside the book. Your honest approach is so much like me that it is scary, and I have absolutely no doubt that you are as REAL and sweet as you seem to be. I value integrity so much, and I want to reach out and help people so badly. Please check out my MySpace page (www.myspace.com/trcosby) as well, so you can read a bit more about me. I have been through some difficult times just like yourself, so we do have alot in common. Anyway, I don’t want to bore you to death. Sorry this is so long. If you can, please email me back at the address above. If not I will certainly understand. I wish you the best of luck in all that you do. I will keep you in my prayers and ask others to do the same. Thanks for hearing my plea. God Bless You Holly! -T. R. Cosby (Trey)

What I meant by “scam” website was that I found a site that reported scams and they had posted your link as it was opposed to a scam. This person was writing about you having integrity. That is why I found you in the first place:)

    Hi Holly,

I am so glad you posted about this. Your blog is amazing. I purchased the audio version of 90 minutes last night from Amazon. I also purchased the printed book “23 minutes in Hell”. I’m almost positive I read the paperback version of “90 minutes in Heaven” a long time ago - I didn’t want to research it too much because online discussions always reveal everything that is worth experiencing first hand. Hopefully it will be here Monday - did overnight shipping.

I watched a documentary a long time ago about Angels and one of the stories was about a teenage girl named Tara Moore who was killed in a car accident. Her behavior and the things she talked about changed right before she died - after her death it was obvious to her family that she already knew ahead of time. They opened a store named Tara’s Angels so her story would not be forgotten. It’s weird because for some time I have been thinking about that show because a few weeks before I watched it I read a book by a man who had died and gone to Heaven for a brief time (that is why I may have read the book version of 90 minutes but I’m not sure when it was written).

Anyhoo, today I have been reading a book about Tara’s story. I found it on Google books earlier - “Tara’s Angels” - It is really good if anyone is interested:

    Thanks
