Thank you Holly for this great article.
I went in and read it and printed it off.Leo received quite a large number of nice comments.
My two big ones to do is to “Declutter” and then revamp my “ToDo List”.
I think a ToDo list is priceless, but as Leo says, we need to take the most important things from it to be done and pass the rest forward. I try to do this but sometimes get side-tracked.
As for walking, I love it, but unfortunatly not here in triple digets, but what I do instead is take about an hour around 12 noon and head to the local large Shopping Mall and walk and chill (usually with a Starbucks) and it is most interesting to observe people as you walk. The different expressions, mode of dress, who they are with can tell a whole new story. Incidently, doing the Shopping Mall walk has given me quite a few ideas for blogs or articles.
Thanks again for another excellent contact.
    Kind regards
    Tom

Hey Tom! I love to declutter – especially clean up my desk space and it makes a big difference for me I think. Before though, I kept buying plastic storage containers and planned to organize and then they just ended up in a messy pile on my desk! Totally defeated the purpose! But now I am slowly organizing things (even one drawer a day makes a difference). I love what you do everyday by walking at the mall – especially love the last part about getting a coffee and watching people. That is definitely fun and sounds nice. My uncle used to walk in a mall everyday and he lost a lot of weight and became super healthy. He still does it! I think it’s great!

Holly… I too printed out a copy. Definitely perfect time in my life for reading that list. Just way too busy lately with too many things pulling me in so many directions. Thanks for sharing the link!

Hi Doug – thank you for the comment! I totally understand how it feels to be pulled in so many directions – it feels difficult to clear the mind and focus – and enjoy life and the moments in the day! Watching my 4 yr old son always helps me understand life better as I know he enjoys and lives each minute and each second to the fullest. Every second is an adventure for him. I try to be like that too! Doug, I also wanted to say that I am happy you posted because I checked out your blog and LOVE it! It’s always great to find another wonderful resource for learning and growing online/life. Thanks again!
